La Cala Finestrat Costa Blanca

Hello and welcome to our website for La Cala Finestrat and the new properties currently available in the area.

La Cala Finestrat is not to be confused with Finestrat Village which is a short bus ride uphill past the major shopping areas of Carrefour and high street popular shopping mall of La Marina Finestrat.

La Cala is down by the mediterranean sea affectionately referred to as “La Cala Bay”

Geographically La Cala Finestrat Costa Blanca is a little too general but lets you know which region of Spain it occupies.

The Bay or part of it,  is actually part owned by the neighbouring town to the immediate south, namely “Cala Finestrat Villajoyosa“, but the residents who have been there for 15 years or less like to think of La Cala as unique and owned by them not linked to Benidorm or Alicante.

Apartments cala finestrat focuses on the property development which has grown La Cala into the community it is today. Lots of different nationalities occupy apartments in La Cala, from the Spanish native owners to the English, Dutch, Russian, Rumanian, and the rare German. This small but beautiful Bay will be the new home for many continentals in search of an idyllic abode from their native countries, where the pace of life is much more relaxed, serene and totally enjoyable.

Frequent annual visitors to the Bay at La Cala stay at the Magic Monika Holidays Hotel, which although is an “all in”  fun place to be, can’t keep them captive all the time as they really love to hit the Bay for some serious sunbathing, or cross the road for a blast on their vocal chords at “Mama J’s  Karaoke Bar” run by friendly English Staff.

La Cala Bay has developed so well over the last three years that the council have increased the market days from just Fridays to…Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays…and La Cala has been nicknamed “The Affluent Benidorm“.

All the Apartments in La Cala are being snapped up on a more frequent basis than was expected as the demand is beginning to spread throughout Europe.
